Preparation and finalization of Annual Accounts of the Company. Preparation and filing of various forms to be filed with the office of ROC.
Getting the Annual Accounts of the Company Audited from the Statutory and Tax Auditor of the Company and filing of the balance sheet with the office of ROC and Income Tax Authorities.
