- Maintenance and finalisation of accounts and records;
- Tax Planning, preparation and filing of TDS and IT returns and matters related to Fringe Benefit Tax etc.;
- Matters pertaining to V.A.T., Service Tax, Excise and appearing before the concerned authorities as and when required;

Banking and Finance:
- Preparation of Project Reports for term loan and working capital arrangements with the Financial Institutions and/ or Banks;
- Liasion with Financial Institutions and Bank in respect of tem loan and other requirement of funds;
- Execution of loan and other related documents including hypothecation and charge over the property of the Company etc.
